My golf cart battery suddenly died and left me stranded. Luckily, Addison from
Sundance Golf Carts happened to be nearby loading a cart onto his flatbed. Without
hesitation, he came over checked it out, and quickly offered to help. Addison went
above and beyond – he loaded my cart onto his truck, and drove it to my home
nearby. He was incredibly kind and professional. He shared a bit about his family
business, which was really nice to hear.
What could have been a very stressful and frustrating situation turned into a
positive one thanks for his willingness to step in. I’m very grateful for his help
and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sundance Golf Carts to anyone in need of
service or support. Addison and his team clearly care about people, not just
carts. Thank you!

Sundance is hands down the best!
I called around to other companies for help and felt like a burden. Then I called
Sundance, they absolutely have the best customer service! I had lots of tedious
questions and everyone I spoke to was more than happy to hear me out. Once I
purchased my cart they offered free delivery! Addision was super helpful and
showed me all the essentials! We will be using them for any maintenence and
referring our neighbors!

where can i start, the team at sundance was a pleasure to work with, they made
everything super simple and seamless, Addison showed up on time and got to work
without hesitation, getting us back on the road, would highly recommend Sundance

Our experience with Jarrell has been outstanding. Always a pleasure! We have
appreciated Luke for treating us like people and even assisting us when we sold
our golf cart to a private party rather than back to Sundance. This business is
the example of family owned and operated. They have gone out of their way to
provide the best customer service possible. Please keep in mind some people leave
reviews that are entitled and can never be pleased. We have zero complaints from
this location, and would expect you have the same if you are a reasonable person
and have halfway decent respect for other humans. Thank you Sundance for your time
and assistance even when I worked through the Coronado Location. I hope they build
the same character and personality in Coronado as you have done here.
